We provide a full replacement service which entails removing 2 rows of tiles to expose rafters so we can strip old boards, gutters, and cut old felt back and replace any rotten lath.
We then string line the run and fit all new feet via the lines so we know it’s level, then nail/screw the replacement boards to the new feet not to the rafters.
We fit eaves protection kits which consists of a tray with drip to go under the existing felt, a over fascia ventilation and on top of that a bird comb.
